Condition Improvement Fund 2022/23 Success

Following the Education & Skills Funding Agency’s announcement of the outcome of the Condition Improvement Fund 2022/23, it has been another successful year for CCO. With competition for funding higher than ever we are pleased to have secured essential grant funding for our academy clients.

This year we have successfully secured CIF Funding for a wide array of projects across Lancashire, Cumbria, Merseyside & Yorkshire. Successful projects range from whole block building refurbishment & remodelling, replacement & remodelling of school kitchen, window replacements, stonework repairs to a listed school building, heating pipework replacements, major electrical rewiring & remedial works and fire safety works.

We are delighted to have secured much needed CIF funding for our academy clients and are excited to progress these projects over the coming months.

Inevitably with the sheer volume of applications for CIF funding not all bids are successful. The appeals round for CIF 2022/23 is now open and the deadline for appeals is 7^th June 2022.
