Phase 3 Fabric Repairs Complete

Phase 3 of the phased external fabric repairs and refurbishment at St Margaret’s C of E Academy in Liverpool is now complete. All three phases have been funded through the Condition Improvement Fund, with funding secured by Cowan & Co following successful bids to the Education Skills & Funding Agency.

The newly refurbished facade now features modern rainscreen cladding panels and rendered walls with new double glazed windows. The refurbishment works have greatly improved the thermal efficiency of the building and have revitalised its external appearance creating a modern and welcoming school building.
