The range of services provided by CCO Building Consultancy include; Building Surveying, Architectural, Project Management, Cost Management and Principal Designer. The provision of a quality and professional service is of paramount importance to CCO, we are accredited RICS & RIBA members, and are also ISO:9001 quality assurance and ISO:140001 environmental accredited. We believe it’s just as important to make every stage of the process clear, straightforward, collaborative and enjoyable for our clients.
Working across a variety of sectors and on projects of all scales, our team is dedicated to delivering works that exceed our client’s expectations. Our focus is on education sector projects, and with over 30 years of experience, we have designed a wide range of buildings for primary and secondary schools, academies, sixth form colleges and specialist schools. We understand the unique challenges faced by schools and education providers, and we’re here to guide our clients every step of the way – from early planning and bid submissions, through to completion. Every project is unique, and we take the time to listen, advise and guide our clients so they always feel supported and confident in their decisions.
At CCO, we take pride in supporting our clients from the very first idea through to the finished project. We are experienced in preparing bid submissions for our clients to secure funding from a wide range of sources, including the DfE and Local Authority.
