Phase 1 T-Level Teaching Accommodation Completed

Works have recently completed on our refurbishment project for a day and residential school in Cheshire. Former staff residential accommodation has been converted into new T-Level teaching accommodation for pupils to study subjects including construction, catering and car mechanics.

The redundant empty bungalows have been completely transformed with rooms knocked into one to create large open plan teaching spaces. In addition, the existing roof structure has been exposed to increase the ceiling height of the bungalows. The M&E installation has been upgraded, and a complete internal fit-out carried out including decoration and new fixed catering equipment installed. A second phase of remodelling works to convert more of the now vacant residential areas into further T-Level teaching areas is due to start on site later this year.
